I have worked as an online teacher from 2007. I still teach. I also developed tutorindia.net and teacheron.com
Having these websites gave me a unique opportunity to interact with thousands of teachers and students. Over the years, I have developed a certain understanding of how learning works and how we can effectively maximize learning in minimum time.
Nitrolearning is a platform where I share what I have learned from the latest research in learning and cognition throughout the world and sprinkle it with my humble experience and insights.
This is all that matters.
I thought I didn't like history for first 28 years of my life, but it turns out I love history. Credit, partly, goes to Dan Carlin's hardcore history podcast. I just didn't like to give history exam and get below average score on the same. I learned that any subject can be made interesting by building a proper context.
I am a big fan of TED talks. I have listened to all the TED talks I found interesting from the beginning.
I love timeless “Calvin and Hobbes” comics by Bill Watterson and use them shamelessly in my posts at times.
I invented the word “unpanic”.
I love to cycle and exercise.
I scored 49/100 in my final high school English exam.
I have fasted for three days straight and cycled 31 km and 24 km on last two days of the fast with pushups and pullups.
